Terms of Service.

01The service

Get First Page AI (“GFP”, “we”) builds and maintains visibility systems for businesses: a $297 Visibility Audit, a one-time website build, and a monthly Watch plan that monitors and updates your visibility. The free on-page visibility check is an automated, informational preview only.

02The audit & audit credit

The Visibility Audit costs $297 and is payable up front. The full $297 is credited toward the website build when you purchase a build within 30 days of audit delivery. The credit applies once and has no cash value.

03Refunds

If we haven't started your Visibility Audit yet, you can request a full refund any time before work begins by emailing getfirstpageai@protonmail.com. Once the audit is underway, it's non-refundable, since the analysis and report are the delivered product. Website builds are refundable on the same basis until we begin section-by-section work; once a stage is approved and built, that stage is complete and non-refundable. Monthly Watch plans have no refunds for partial months, per the cancellation terms below.

04Builds & payment

Website builds are one-time projects at the price agreed before work starts. Scope and timeline are set in writing after the audit. Work proceeds section by section with your approval at each stage.

05Monthly Watch plans

Watch plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no further charges are made after that. We don't offer partial-month refunds.

06Your website, your asset

When your build is paid in full, the delivered website belongs to your business. We retain ownership of our internal tools, processes, templates, and know-how used to create and maintain it.

07What we need from you

You agree to provide accurate business information, respond to approval requests so work can proceed, and only supply content (text, images, logos, reviews) that you have the right to use. You're responsible for the accuracy of claims made about your own business.

08No ranking guarantees

Search engines and AI platforms decide their own results, and nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, citations, or placement. We engineer, monitor, and adapt your system to maximize your visibility — but we do not promise specific positions, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

09Acceptable use

You may not use our site or services for anything unlawful, to misrepresent your business, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the operation or security of our systems.

10Disclaimers & liability

Our services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFP's total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

11Termination

We may suspend or end service for non-payment or breach of these terms. You can end a Watch plan any time as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits — survive termination.

12Governing law, changes & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Get First Page AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
