02How we use it

We use your information to run your visibility check, respond to you, deliver the services you purchase (the Visibility Audit, your website build, and the monthly Watch plan), send you relevant updates about your visibility, and improve our site and services.

03Our use of AI

Get First Page AI uses AI systems to help build websites, run visibility scans, monitor search and AI platforms, and produce content. The instant on-page check is an automated, informational preview. Paid services — including the $297 Visibility Audit — are reviewed by a human before delivery, and no automated decision we make produces legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

04We don't sell your data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor browser-level opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.

05Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our services work — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics — and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
